There are meant to be ups and downs in our lives. In order to live a full life, we want to feel and experience a plethora of emotions.
It avoids experiencing authentic human emotion.
More often than not, people experience the most growth when they go through something difficult. And it's the hard times that allow us to appreciate the good times.
It prevents us from growing.
IIt's best to work through emotions and continually heal but also healthy to release the negative and refocus on the positive when done.
If you ignore emotions, they will come back stronger.
